The Royal Australian Mint released these sets to celebrate the 35th anniversary of one of Australia’s most celebrated children’s books, Possum Magic by Mem Fox and Julia Vivas and continued to release them annually.
In addition to the standard 2018 mint coins, the 2018 Six Coin Baby Mint Set features a commemorative 50¢ special sculpted design of one of Julie Vivas’ beautiful illustrations. There is also a special colour printed token of Hush eating a lamington that can be engraved.
Celebrate your child’ birth, or just have them learn the wonderful world of coins and Possum Magic with Grandma Poss and Hush as they adventure through the Australian bush.
